drivemy alpha
Book a professional driver for your own car, on demand.
Chauffeur services have existed for decades but still require a phone call to hire a stranger with zero transparency; DriveMy replaces that with a trust-first mobile app where users see, verify, and monitor the professional driving their own car in real time.

The Lesson
Instead of trying to fit a massive, multi-screen flow into one monolithic prototype, it was much more effective to break things down into smaller, single-responsibility artifacts based on the feature; like onboarding, booking, handover, rating. By keeping the scope tight, I was able to keep the AI within a comfortable token budget, meaning it can actually reason through the entire component tree without its logic getting fuzzy. In the big, all-in-one versions, the real killer isn't hallucination; it’s "silent regression." I fixed a button on the first screen, and suddenly three screens downstream, the layout is quietly falling apart because the AI lost track of the original constraints.
